2.Blood test – If for any reason whatsoever skin test couldn’t be done, doctors advice blood test. This is known as immunoglobulin E test or IgE test. This test confirms whether a child has any allergy to any foodstuff.

Apart from these two traditional allergy testing processes there is observe and elimination method as well. For kids with suspected allergies to any food items doctors ask the parents to supervise the kid for one or two weeks and observe which food items are causing allergy.
